แนวคิด
“สามย่าน” ชุมชนเก่าแก่ของกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นที่อยู่อาศัยของชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีน และยังเป็นแหล่งรวมร้านอาหารขึ้นชื่อสารพัดเมนูอร่อยขั้นเทพมากมาย ทั้งหมดถูกหล่อหลอมวัฒนธรรมรุ่นเก่าและรุ่นใหม่อย่างลงตัวภายใต้ท้องฟ้าเดียวกัน
