ประวัติ

แรกเริ่ม เราจะใช้คำว่า ‘Del’ แต่ชื่อจริงๆ จะเขียนว่า ‘Dale’ แต่พอทำมาเรื่อยๆ รู้สึกว่า ‘Del’ มันสั้นไป ก็เลยเติมข้างหน้าอีกหน่อยเป็น ‘BigDel’ คือเราเป็นคนตัวใหญ่ด้วย แล้วพอใช้มาเรื่อยๆ มันก็ค่อยๆ เป็นตัวเรา คือเวลาทำฟ้อนต์ เราจะชอบทำฟ้อนต์ชื่อ ‘BigDel’ มันก็เหมือนรูปภาพรูปนึงสำหรับเรา

แนวคิด

ผลงานสร้างโดยเล่นกับบริบทของพื้นที่ที่เป็นวินมอเตอร์ไซต์ และคาแรคเตอร์ไอศรีมที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์และสื่อถึงสามย่านที่เป็นแหล่งรวมของกินอร่อย อีกทั้งยังเลือกใช้สีชมพูเป็นหลัก ซึ่งเป็นสีประจำจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

Biography

In the beginning, I was known as ‘Del’. However, my name was spelt as ‘Dale’ which I felt, is a little short, and with my body size, I changed my name to ‘BigDel’. It is now part of my identity, especially when I autograph my name ‘BigDel’ as a part of my paintings.

My work represents the location of a motorcycle taxi station and an ice-cream character which communicates the delicious food area in Samyan. Moreover, the main color is pink which is the color of Chulalongkorn University.
